Structuring a cross-border residential joint venture

Several parties, different capabilities, one framework to agree.

The situation
A residential project brought together multiple parties with different capabilities, different contributions and different interests. Each had a reason to be involved; none had a shared framework for how the collaboration would work.
The question
What structure lets these parties work together — commercially, operationally and over the life of the project?
What we did
We supported development of the joint-venture approach: the commercial framing, the responsibilities of each stakeholder, the operating considerations the structure had to survive, and the shape of the partnership itself.
Outcome / next step
A workable framework for collaboration. This is work that sits between strategy and deal execution — the stage where an agreement in principle has to become an arrangement people can actually operate.
